The slides below detail a model for a 6C4 triode vacuum tube, with grid current included. 

The model is applied to the oscillator simulation for an RF Signal Generator, the Heathkit model SG-8.  The dual-triode 12AU7 in the oscillator is simulated using two instances of the  6C4 single-triode model.
